BLISScipline A.I.M. project is to support you to Thrive and Help Thrive. One way we offer this is through the BLISScipline Energy Practice.
This daily meditation and visualization practice is a consistent, empowering, feel good process where you embrace and focus on the perfection of NOW and intentionally create your future.
You develop your BLISScipline A.I.M. by meditating and visualizing for a total of 28 days – 21 days in a supportive community, followed by 6 days on your own (with just the right amount of support to help ground you in your practice) and a final celebration.
The simple step-by-step process supports inner awakening and wonderful living by leveraging the Universe and engaging the magic of life.
How does it work? As I shared, it is simple! For 28 days in a row you follow a simple process to awaken to the timeless dimension and cast an intention for your most magnificent future as you magnetize what you want.

BLISScipline A.I.M. – Overall Theoretical Model
A.I.M. = Attention + Intend = Masterful Manifestation
Let me explain. The below diagram shows that when you are in the awakened consciousness you are fully present in the moment… This is the vertical dimension of life called “attention”. Attention isthe spiritual dimension and the physical dimension connected and you feel fully alive, enjoying yourself. Meaning, in joy in yourself.
The “B.L.I.S.S.” part of the “B.L.I.S.S.c.i.p.l.i.n.e.” Acronym is where you feel life force fully now. You pay attention to the richness and beauty of now. Not thinking about it… Feeling it.

Intention, the horizontal dimension of timeline – past, present, future – connects your social and emotional dimension to your life’s direction.
The “c.i.p.l.i.n.e.” (as in discipline) part of the “B.L.I.S.S.c.i.p.l.i.n.e.” Acronym is about consciousness choosing thoughts.

This is where you bring in high vibrational thought and deliberately intend your future. Your intention is what you choose to create for yourself and others as a beneficial presence on the planet. Your intention casts a vision of your radiant future and you feel it in every cell of your body.
Look at the diagram and notice the circle in the middle. When awakening, intention and attention come together powerfully, you live in joy and become the right condition for your vision to manifest.
In summary, when you set a deliberate intention and are awake and paying attention in the present moment you masterfully manifest because you feel good now and in this level of consciousness are a magnet to the best of life.

BLISScipline Energy Practice Guiding Principles:
1) You Are the Magnificent Creator of Your Own Life.
- You can create anything you want.
- If something appears as a challenge, you must know (and own) that you created it.
- In every challenge there is a gift. In every stressing into a significant blessing. (“Hmm… how did I create that? How friendly am I being with the present moment? How much am I being a beneficial presence on the planet? How can I be fully present while holding an intentional stance on my life?”)
2) Your Inner Creates Your Outer.
- Your current inner structure, created by beliefs, values, strategies, and so on, creates your life.
- What you put out into the Universe, determines what you get back. This is true in all areas of your life.
- If you use your BLISScipline A.I.M.s to focus your mind and heart on what you want through your BLISScipline Energy Practice, yet don’t believe your aim will manifest – it won’t! You must know that it is possible for YOU to get what YOU want and be present now.
- Your daily practice is meant to gently recreate your current inner structure (that may not be getting you what you want) and transform it into being grateful, joy-filled and loving now! Plus the practice creates the absolute awareness that what you want to create as awakened mind, wants you! It is already yours… it is coming to you… and the moment now is perfect as it is!
- You must have total trust in your heart and keep moving with awakened action even in the face of the unknown.
- When you see something change for the better, acknowledge that your alignment with life force created it. Appreciate it! Give thanks! When someone else shares a result, acknowledge them! Celebrate their creation! The more you acknowledge your BLISScipline Lifestyle is working, the more it will work for you.
3) “I AM” Defines You.
- When in the world, be very thoughtful of everything you say after the words “I am…”, because these words are creating the future you are moving into.
- Ask yourself, “Who am I…?” and listen to your answer. Your answer is “the you” that is up and coming in your life. (Knowing that “I am tired” brings more fatigue; that “I am frustrated” brings more frustration, and so on; would you consider “I am healthy, wealthy, and wise” to bring yourself health, wealth, and wisdom?)
- If your response is less than 10 out of 10 on the “Inspiring and In-Powering” scale, choose again. (Consider these statements: I am building energy. I am handling this with ease.)
- Declare who YOU would love to become “as if” this is who you are now.
- IMPORTANT: An inner mantra of “I AM” (without any other words) consciously affirms that the truth of who you are is much more than your name, your personality, your roles, your beliefs, your core values, your storyline, your ambitions, and even your enlightened intentions. I AM (on its own) is who you really are. This is pure consciousness. This is you in alignment with the Source of life. Start with “I AM” and then add words to support your enlightened intentions.
4) Consciously Choose to Feel Good Now.
- Being the pure joy of love now is just a choice… and then it is! Being friendly with the present moment and “in the present now” is the joy of being alive. It requires no accomplishment on a being, doing or having level. It required no thought, just being and feeling.
- When you bring in thought you move into the past or the future. A positive empowering thought with feeling is an intention! This thinking creates the future you want.
- When visioning and planning your future, assuming the feelings of your outcome fulfilled NOW. This fuels your intention.

BLISScipline Energy Practice Steps
Below are the 12-Steps you are guided through each day in the practice.
NOTE: Your do not need to memorize the steps or even read about them as you are guided through the process by your leader. This is just information for you to understand the unique combination of gratitude journaling, meditation, visualization, and daily planning.

BE PRESENT AND AIM - Approximately 2 minutes
Key points to this step:
- Breathe, and allow yourself to be present and connect to the moment.
- Set BLISScipline AIM for your day’s practice.
You will be guided to:
- Take a few deep nourishing breaths, be at ease
- Ask “What is my readiness to THRIVE in today’s practice?”
- Ask “What is my aim or intention for the next 25 minutes in my BLISScipline Energy Practice?”
LIGHT GRATITUDE WITHIN - Approximately 3 minutes
Key points to this step:
- Joseph Murphy, in his 1966 book, Your Infinite Power to be Rich, wrote, “The whole process of mental, spiritual and material riches may be summed up in one word – GRATITUDE!”
- When you compare your life to people in third world countries, you quickly realize you are living like royalty. You probably have a stove or microwave, a TV, a radio, a computer, and more. Millions of people don’t!
- The key to the first step is to realize that you are enormously blessed right now. Once you feel grateful, you are in the energy of miracles. When you feel gratitude, you magnetize more blessings.
- There is a huge difference between lip service gratitude, and deep, sincere gratitude you feel with your heart. You want to feel gratitude in your whole body until you radiate it.
- The key is to get yourself into the feeling that no matter what your current “story” and no matter what your aims are for the future, you are living a rich and magnificent life now.
You will be guided to:
- Write a list that starts with, “Today I am so grateful for…”
- Write down 1-3 things for which you are currently grateful.
(Think of the many possibilities - your eyes, hands, lungs, feet, voice, heart, husband, wife, son, mother, friends, your home, this community, your deeper knowledge system, and so on.) - After each one, ask: “Why am I grateful for this? What specifically am I grateful for?”
- After writing this down, feel it, smile and say “Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am so grateful. I am so blessed.” The key is to really feel it. Feel yourself almost teary-eyed, you are so grateful.
INVITE LOVE - Approximately 1-2 minutes
Key points to this step:
- Activate the field of LOVE. Feel the pure joy of love.
- Be aware that you are surrounded by unconditional love. Hang out in this feeling, this essence.
- This feeling is the foundation for what you vision.
You will be guided to:
- See and feel pure love flowing from the Universe, through you, into the moment now.
- Feel yourself swimming in LOVE. Feel the non-dual awareness of unconditional love.
- Be with one another in this loving space. See fellow community members across the globe in this space. See everyone on the planet swimming in love as well.
- Encode and activate the field. Scale your current state and turn up the feeling in your own perfect way until you have activated the field to the maximum.
SIMPLY BREATHE - Approximately 1-2 minutes
Key points to this step:
- Bask in the timeless dimension of gratitude and love….and breathe.
You will be guided to:
- Take 10 full breaths being “grateful and loving” – just being and feeling. No other thoughts.
If you have a thought, bless it and release it.
SENSE YOUR BODY - Approximately 1-2 minutes
Key points to this step:
- Notice and attend to your inner body – the aliveness of you.
- If it helps you, you may want to visualize a bright light on the inside of you. The main idea is to feel your inner body.
You will be guided to:
- Feel the energy, feel the aliveness fully.
- Shift your attention and feel the energy of your whole inner body.
CONSCIOUSLY AFFIRM - 1 minute
Key points to this step:
- Choose an affirmation or “I AM” statement that inspires you, in-powers you, and feels good.
You will be guided to:
- Repeat it over and over passionately – either inside yourself or out loud - until it becomes the new level of consciousness that guides you.
IN-VISION AND ASK - 5 minutes
Key points to this step:
- The Universe is like a camera. Think something, feel something and the Universe picks it up and projects it. The spirit of all that exists picks up your signal and projects it as the movie of your life.
- Consider that “the best movie you could ever watch is the future you are moving into!” and that your role is to write the script for your perfect, inspiring, in-powering movie.
- Clearly image what you want, mindful of the end result. Visualize, dissociated, as if it had already occurred. Don’t bother with focusing on how it will come about. Rather, intend and focus on what you would love to have come about.
- Bring energy into your body as you hold the intention in your mind, and take on the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
- The wise ones before us have shared this: when you know what you want, all you really need to do is think it, feel it, and believe it - have total faith. Faith is having total heart trust without knowing it in your mind.
- In your BLISScipline you will have faith in the outcome with every fiber of your being – feel the outcome with your heart and soul.
You will be guided to:
- In-vision your 28-day goal (2 minutes) – See yourself and feel the outcome.
At the end declare “This is who I am. This is mine now!” - In-vision your 6-month goal (90 seconds) – See yourself and feel the outcome.
At the end declare “This is who I am. This is mine now!” - In-vision your 3-year goal (90 seconds) – See yourself and feel the outcome.
At the end declare “This is who I am. This is mine now!”
PAY ATTENTION AND LISTEN - 15-20 seconds
Key points to this step:
- As I heard Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith once say, “You do not see because you have eyes, you have eyes because you see. You do not hear because you have ears, you have ears because you hear.”
- The bottom line is this: in consciousness there is sight, in consciousness there is audio. Your role is the deep listening.
- Learn to follow the quiet voice that speaks through your instinct, intuition, vision, conscience, core knowingness, feelings, and so on.
- Choose to follow what you hear inside, rather than what others tell you to do.
- Know that you are always being guided. Divine Guidance does not come and go. You just need to make yourself open to what is already happening in your life. The “I AM-NESS” of you is always expressing and always available to you and everyone else.
You will be guided to:
- Be receptive, vulnerable, available, and open to the Universe to receive Divine Guidance.
- Get into the space of “reverent alertness” and pay attention.
- Listen “as if” you could see, hear, and feel the message.
- Listen “as if” you were just about to hear the juiciest piece of gossip. The Universe is whispering to you!
LIVE THE CONSCIOUSNESS - 2 minutes
Key points to this step:
- Consciousness proceeds being. Being precedes doing and having. Everything you want is an inside assignment.
- To become the consciousness, or to become the condition, for your vision to manifest, you must see and feel yourself already being that person now.
- This in-visioning is greater than just achieving your outcome. It is the “who” not the “what” or the “how”.
- This is YOU as a Magnificent Creator of your life, completely clear of all:
- negative inner dialogue and inner gremlins…
- limiting, self-defeating beliefs….
- “don't wants”…
- blind spots…
- illness…
- bad feelings (guilt, fear, not enoughness, etc.)…
Basically, this is you being totally clear and free of anything and everything in the way of your already being, doing, and having what you want.
- You only radiate pure, positive energy in your own perfect way, and you see yourself being the condition.
You will be guided to:
- Ask yourself, “Who am I now that my vision manifests?”
- See yourself already being that person, and in this you might notice your growing edge, what is to be eliminated, what needs to be detoxified/dissolved, and so on.
- Listen to and get your inspired assignment from the Universe.
- Notice what are you seeing, hearing, and feeling to harvest the articulation within and to get the inner message.
INTEND AND RECEIVE INSPIRED ACTIONS - 2 minutes
Key points to this step:
• Receiving happens when, through your instinct, intuition, vision, conscience, core knowingness, feelings, and so on, you know the next steps to take.
• The step(s) will inspire you and energize you, and may even scare you a bit. Your job is to have faith in the Universe and ACT on Divine Guidance.
• The language of “love to, choose to, decide to, desire to” is at a much higher frequency than “need to, have to, try to, should.” Watch the words you are receiving, and notice how they feel. If they feel inspiring - yet a little scary - this is Divine Guidance…. the rest is ego.
You will be guided to:
• Ask yourself, “What are the inspired actions to take today that will put me in alignment with my outcome on a thought and feeling level?” Or “What are the inspired actions I am guided to take now?”
NOW SAY “YES!” - 1 minute
Key points to this step:
- This is an invitation to be absolutely willing to say a complete “YES!” to Divine Guidance.
- Remember, the Universe likes speed!
- Once you have the committed “YES!” and are 100% willing to take the inspired actions you have been guided towards, amazing Universal resources will present themselves. Watch the magic reveal itself through itself.
You will be guided to:
- Activate the vibration of a complete inner “YES!” and support the amplification of your complete willingness.
- Do whatever you need to within yourself to be the WALKING environment of your intention to magnetize what you want.
ENTHUSIASTICALLY RELEASE & THINK B.I.G. (Be In Gratitude) - 90 seconds
Key points to this step:
- Trust, believe your intention is on its way to you now, release it to the Universe, and act on your inner prompts now. That’s your only “job.”
- When you want something, and you can live without it, you are more likely to get it.
(For example, it’s easier to get a great job when you already have a good one.)
You will be guided to:
- Give thanks for Divine Guidance.
- To have thanks-giving in your heart.
- Say, “I am so grateful for who I am becoming… I am so grateful for what I take for granted…
I am so grateful for what I have tapped into… I am so deeply grateful that it is already done.” - Say “I am so grateful for the magnificent day I am going to have. This is going to be an amazing day. I can feel it. I can feel it…”
BLISScipline Energy Practice Completion
- To finish the session, write down your insights in your BLISScipline AIM journal.
- If you have time to stay on the phone line, you are invited to share your insights, discoveries, challenges and new awareness with your community. The BLISScipline A.I.M. leaders will stay on the line until 10-15 minutes after the BLISScipline Energy Practice. The community share can create incredible learning and support for every ONE.
- Upon hanging up the phone you will immediately e-mail you assigned buddy and share the inspired actions you will take that day.
Integration and Immersion
- Self introspection (and possibly discussion) will be a big part of your BLISScipline A.I.M.
- Resistance often reveals itself through the awakening process, and it is not always comfortable. Remember, sometimes you need to go into “chaos” before your “reorganize” your inner structure at a higher level. Be patient, loving and forgiving of YOU!
- We encourage you to do what works for you. For example, you might want to add space for extra meditation, visioning, contemplative quiet time, journaling, and/or coaching over the next 28 days. We also offer FREE teleconference informational sessions to further support you.
